Julie “Jules” Riser has been performing live since 2006. Her strong and passionate vocal delivery mixes with her unique and driving acoustic covers of songs that span over 5 decades. Julie’s influences include The Beatles, Dave Matthews Band, Counting Crows, Tracy Chapman, Melissa Etheridge, Tom Petty, Tenacious D, Radiohead and many many more.

After beginning to perform in Baltimore, Julie had the fortune to meet like minded musicians. Along the way she has made friends who feel like family as she began sharing the stage with others. In fall of 2019, at Bertha’s in Fells Point, Jules Riser Band played it’s first show with the current line-up of musicians.
